The Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Northern Traveler’s Set is for people who want a touch of Nordic armor in their Greek RPG. This armor set is inspired by Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and was in the latest patch. So how do you get the Valhalla armor in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey?
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Northern Traveler’s Set | How to unlock the Valhalla armor
First, you’ll obviously need to download the latest update for the game. And then you’ll need to wait because Ubisoft has not yet revealed how players will be able to earn the Northern Traveler’s armor in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
In its official patch notes, the company stated that players should “stay tuned for more details, such as availability and unlock conditions, in the near future.” This wording implies that it will probably not be purchasable in the store via Helix Credits and will likely require some sort of challenge to unlock. The in-game patch notes say it is “a new item pack that to be released later.”
Ubisoft has done this before in Odyssey. Back in March, Ubisoft updated the game and said that Ezio’s armor was coming to the game. It also did not initially reveal what the unlock requirements were until later. Players got to unlock it by playing the game over its free weekend, which has long since past. Some have voiced their concerns about the short availability of that armor but the publisher has not yet responded.
Hopefully, figuring out how to get the Valhalla armor in Odyssey isn’t as restrictive or time sensitive. However, it is probably going to be tied to something like a pre-order or some timed or exclusive event that ties into Valhalla in some way. Whatever the case may be, we will update this guide when the unlock conditions become known.
