The game is heading to Nintendo Switch, iPhone (iOS), and Android so far; but, what about additional platform versions? Is a Star Wars: Hunters PS5 and PS4 version coming out?
Star War: Hunters is coming to Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android in 2022. There is no Star War: Hunters PlayStation release date for PS5 or PS4 consoles.
The new Star Wars game is primarily a mobile title, though it’s also coming to Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, and the Switch OLED model. These platforms share a lot of similarities — portability, screen size, touch support, etc. As a result, a Star War: Hunters PS5 and PS4 port wouldn’t necessarily work without some fundamental changes to the game design.
Is a Star Wars: Hunters Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One version coming out?
There is no Star War: Hunters Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One port. Xbox fans can download and play the new Star Wars game using their iPhone or Android smartphone in 2022, however.
While it might not be many players’ first choice of platform, most Xbox users should be able to play Star War: Hunters on their mobile phones. There are currently no known plans for a Star War: Hunters Xbox port, though who knows what the future may hold.
Is a Star Wars: Hunters PC version coming out?
PC gamers can stream the iOS and Android versions of Star Wars: Hunters to their computers following the game’s 2022 release date. There isn’t a dedicated Star Wars: Hunters PC version in development at this time.
Lots of popular mobile games make their way to PC via dedicated ports, so it’s possible that a Star Wars: Hunters PC launch will happen in the future.
