New World Connection Failed

Is there a New World ‘Connection Failed’ error fix?

The New World “Connection Failed” error is becoming a common sight among players desperately trying to get into Amazon’s MMO, which launched today and quickly found its servers overloaded, with massive lag spikes that can even stop people from playing and ridiculously long queue times. However, what about the New World “@mm_loginservices_TooManyRequestsException” connection error? Is there a fix for this?

New World ‘Connection Failed’ error: Is there a fix?

New World Connection Failed

To fix the “connection failed” error in New World, along with the “Too Many Requests Exception” detail, players simply have to keep on refreshing the queue list until the servers pop up and they can choose one. Unfortunately, this particular fix is simply a matter of patience.

This particular error occurs when players boot up New World and try to start the game from the menu, so before they even get into playing it. Sometimes the servers won’t appear at all, sometimes the player’s character won’t even show, or perhaps worse still, New World’s servers may show and players may be waiting around in the terribly long queue times before being hit by the message “connection failed.”

It seems to happen at random, but always before New World starts. Sometimes the detail for the error is “@mm_authresult_HTTP_Error_Response_Code” or “@mm_loginservices_internalservererrorexception” instead, and there have been reports of the EU servers going down completely that can cause one of these various New World connection error messages. The good news is that Amazon is adding extra servers for players to use, so hopefully all these problems will go away once they do. For now though, patience and perseverance is the only fix.
