Child actress Vivien Lyra Blair portrays the infamous Star Wars character in the show, with fans wondering about both the age of the actor and how close she is to the age of the Leia character during the events of the Disney Plus series
Who is Kenobi’s Vivien Lyra Blair and how old is she?
Vivien Lyra Blair is 9 years old, and given that Kenobi takes place 10 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith, this makes her very close to the actual age of Princess Leia around this time. With Leia born following the turn of Anakin Skywalker to the Dark Side in the year 19 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin), the Kenobi series takes place in 9 BBY, making the actor’s real-life age very close to the character she’s portraying.
That’s also exactly the same age as when we first meet Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, portrayed by Jake Lloyd who was also the same age as the character.
