How to Access PlayStation Stars on PS4, PS5, PC, iPhone, and Android

PlayStation Stars has launched, but it’s a bit confusing as to how and where you can access it. Logically, you’d think you’d be able to use it on PS4 and PS5 at the minimum. Ideally, it’d also be available in the PlayStation app on iOS, Android, and maybe even PC. But, unfortunately, that’s not the case.

PlayStation Stars Platforms FAQ

Can you access PlayStation Stars on PS4 and PS5?

Strangely, you can’t view your PlayStation Stars account on consoles. So despite the whole thing centering around PS4 and PS5, you cannot view your status or collectibles there.

Is PS Stars available in the iOS and Android apps?

For some reason, most of the service’s functionality is limited to the mobile app. Here, you can see your collectibles, view current campaigns, and see how close you are to gaining the next level. Both the Android and iOS apps are functionally equivalent, and there’s no advantage one platform has over the other.

Can you view it on PC?

You can see your PS Stars progress on PC, but you can’t view any collectibles or other info. To do so, log onto the official PlayStation website and click on your profile in the upper right corner. The dropdown will display your current level and progress toward the next. However, you won’t receive more info than that.
