Overwatch 2 Negative Credits: How To Fix Credits Not Showing Up

Overwatch 2 had experienced its fair share of bugs and meta controversy in the first few months of the hero-shooter sequel’s lifecycle along with a particularly poor launch, but one consistent error that players are still encountering is negative credits on their OW2 account. With Season 3 re-introducing credits, it can be scary to think that one could be in actual debt to Blizzard, but there are steps you can take to make sure that’s not the case.

Overwatch 2 Negative Credits and Coins: How to Fix

There are just one or two ways to go about addressing any negative OW2 currencies on your account at the moment. For PC Players:

  • Log out of both the Battle.net desktop app and the Overwatch 2 client.
  • Ensure any pending updates are installed.
  • Sign back into Battle.net and Overwatch 2.
  • If negative credits are still appearing, open up a ticket with Blizzard Support for account assistance.
