Wild Hearts Demo Release Date: When to Download the EA Trial

Wild Hearts‘ release date is February 16 on PC and February 17 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. However, EA Play subscribers get access to the demo early, through a Wild Hearts demo that will players will be able to download. Here’s when you can get your hands on this trial.

When is the Wild Hearts demo release date available via EA Play?

Wild Hearts’ demo is available to download for EA Play subscribers at 07:00 PT/10:00 AM ET/15:00 GMT on February 13. This also means that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can play early, as their subscription includes an EA Play subscription.

This demo won’t contain the whole game. You can play up to the gates of Minato (the first major city) and battle Kemono (the first monster). It probably won’t fill the three days until the full game releases, but it will whet your appetite. Despite the short length of the content, you can spend as many hours as you want exploring the opening zones, and your progress will transfer over to the full game on release.

For those who aren’t EA Play subscribers, you’ll need to wait a little longer to get your hands on Wild Hearts. PC gamers must wait until 07:00 PT/15:00 GMT on February 16, while Xbox and Playstation users must wait a few hours when it launches at midnight on all consoles.

If you’re desperate to get your hands on Wild Hearts as early as possible, you can use the New Zealand trick to play early. This is only possible for Xbox users, but it lets you play when Wild Hearts releases in New Zealand.

Wild Hearts has been frequently compared to the Monster Hunter games, so if you’re a veteran of the franchise, you’ll want to know which is best.
