Diablo 4 Flooded Depths Dungeon Bug Glitch Fix

Diablo 4 Flooded Depths Dungeon Bug Fix: How to Get Past Fog Wall Glitch

A strange Diablo 4 Flooded Depths dungeon bug is blocking players from progressing through a fog wall. The glitch occurs right before the room of the end boss fight or the room where you need to slay the Plague Ship Rover. In either case, a notification pops up saying that they can’t enter because there’s apparently a fight in progress. Looking closely at the map, it looks like the boss seems to be moving around the room as if it’s engaged, but no one is inside. Restarting the game doesn’t seem to work either. But thankfully, there is a solution that you can try to fix the problem.

How to fix Diablo 4 Flooded Depth dungeon bug

To fix the Diablo 4 Flooded Depth dungeon bug, you can try making sure that you don’t trigger any of the traps on your way to the boss room.

Several players on the official Blizzard forums for Diablo 4 report that this solution worked for them, notably after resetting the dungeon by logging out and then avoiding the third trap with the spikes. We’re not sure why this obstacle in particular is causing the fog wall to trigger, but this isn’t the first time that a Diablo 4 dungeon has been affected by a severe bug.

That said, some other users in the thread state that avoiding the traps didn’t solve the problem for them, so it’s possible that this fix won’t work for you. If this happens, you can try to re-enter the dungeon at a later time and hoping that you get a different map layout that places the trap in a different place. Some players report that they needed to reset the dungeon three times or more before the fog wall bug gets rid of itself.

Otherwise, if the fog wall still presents a problem, we recommend avoiding this dungeon until Blizzard fixes the issue. The developer still has a lot of major bugs to fix, though, so it may take some time before this gets a patch or hotfix.
