Diablo 4 Collapsed Vault Bug Glitch Fix Solution

Diablo 4 Collapsed Vault Bug: How to Fix Dungeon Glitch

A Diablo 4 Collapsed Vault bug is preventing players on both console and PC from completing this dungeon in Kehjistan and earning the Aspect of Cyclonic Force that gives Cyclone Armor. The trouble is that, after heading into the entrance, the player is sometimes strangely moved to a different section of the dungeon. That might sound like a shortcut, but there are several objectives that you can’t complete because they need to be finished in the first section of the dungeon and there’s a fog wall in the way. Fortunately, there are several solutions and workarounds that will fix this glitch with the Diablo 4 Collapsed Vault dungeon.

How to fix Diablo 4 Collapsed Vault bug

To fix the Diablo 4 Collapsed Vault bug, you need to exit the dungeon a few times and go back in until the game places you (and your party) at the actual entrance.

You can either head to the map and click on the dungeon to get back to the entrance, or you can open the emote wheel and hit the “Leave Dungeon” command. Do not use a town portal as that will not reset the dungeon.

This might take a few resets and perhaps several logins to work, but multiple users on the official Blizzard forums report that this workaround solved the issue. If this problem still persists, you may need to leave the game and Battle.net altogether before trying to reset the dungeon.

For more information on the problem with this glitch, it sends players to the second area. While you can clear some objectives off the list, it won’t matter because there’s one you are required to complete in the first section of the dungeon. So if you find that you’ve been transported to the wrong spot, it’s better to start over rather than wasting your time.

Unfortunately, Blizzard has yet to fix this dungeon bug, though the game actually a long list of glitches for all the dungeons in the game. We hope that the developer will prioritize fixing these problems with a hotfix or a patch soon.
