There are some symbols from the lock around the workshop just behind the big centerpiece full of random junk. It is just outside of office with the lock on it.
Go on the other side of the junk and you will see a giant coffee cup with a red symbol on it. Get behind it and look at the sign that says “Bright Falls 81st Deerfest.” From that angle, you will see the two other red triangular symbols you will need all in one view.
Now you just have to put them in the right order, which is thankfully the same order as the symbols in the workshop so there is no need to guess.
