Rainbow Six Siege has new update on the test server on October 11, 2018. Ubisoft stated that the purpose of the patch is to “test a build that will be scheduled to go live sometime next week,” which explains the reversions. Ubisoft will review these changes before pushing them in an update scheduled later this month. Keep in mind that this will also only be in the PC version of the game. Read on to find the Rainbow Six Siege October 2018 TTS patch notes.
Rainbow Six Siege October 2018 TTS Patch Notes
These test server patch notes have reversions to the SMG-11, Maestro’s LMG, Clash’s refill cooldown gauge, the attacker recovery when being shocked by her shield, and the speed at which she can swap between her shield and weapon. Ubisoft is just testing the waters and tweaking the numbers to see what works. You can see a more detailed explanation of the Rainbow Six Siege October 2018 TTS patch notes below.
We are reverting a few balance changes made in earlier patches of this TS.
Revert minor SMG-11 buff (now back to live state)
Revert nerf to Maestro’s LMG (now back to live state)
Revert change to Clash’s gauge refill cooldown time introduced in Oct 03 TS update (back to 1sec/live state)
Revert change to Attacker recovery time after being shocked by Clash’s CCE shield (back to 1.5sec recovery time/live state)
Revert change to Clash’s swap speed between her CCE shield and sidearm (back to live state)
We are temporarily pulling the fix for the weapon swap and mouse scroll lock feature from the control settings for further tweaking.
