Bungie Raises $400,000 for Nepal Earthquake Relief

Last week Bungie launched a T-shirt campaign to raise money for the relief effort over in Nepal following its devastating earthquake. In that short amount of time the Bungie community has raised over $400,000.

In order to raise money, Bungie is selling $25 Nepal Aid T-Shirts. Each T-shirt comes with a free in-game shader and emblem for Destiny. All profits go to Direct Relief, a charity organization that helps individuals affected by earthquakes.

Bungie announced another exciting bit of news regarding the campaign in its weekly update. The company plans to donate an additional $15 for every shirt sold this week, up to $50,000.
