New Xbox One Controller Outed [Update: New Images Leaked]

[Update] A pair of images of the purported new Xbox One controller have surfaced online, courtesy of Austrian retailer Libro. Give the controller itself a look above.

And here's a look at the packaging.

Thanks, Eurogamer.

[Original] Microsoft is gearing up to release a new controller for Xbox One, complete with a built-in headphone jack—that is, according to the Xbox Support website, which highlights the addition of a 3.5mm headphone port at the base of the unit.

Additionally, the online post notes that this change will "only available on controllers released after June 2015."

We're just a couple weeks away from Microsoft's E3 media briefing, at which point we'll likely get an official announcement of this redesigned controller. As such, stay tuned to GameRevolution for all the Xbox One-related news that will drop this June.
