Titanfall 2 Throws Down The Gauntlet On Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare

While Titanfall 2 is still reeling from a disappointing sales outlook, they're not too out of it to throw a punch or two.

On the morning of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's release, the Twitter account for Titanfall 2 linked to a review of Infinite Warfare that called it "slow & plodding," while quoting a review of Titanfall 2 that said its "frantic precision is electrifying." It then said "You decide" with the hashtag #MakeTheRightCall. In case the Tweet gets deleted, here's a screengrab of it.

We at GameRevolution have made no secret of our affection for Titanfall 2, giving it a near-perfect review and lamenting its lack of sales, but there's something to be said for professional decorum, isn't there? Our review of Infinite Warfare is still in progress, so it remains to be seen whether we'll meet it with the same or similar affection.

In the mean time, we have a detailed breakdown of the benefits of Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, so we at least feel that there's an audience for all three of these games.
