Capcom Money Trucks Take Pit Stop

Developer/publisher Capcom has released its financial results for the second portion of the fiscal year. As you can see in the image below, the company saw a bit of a dip from this portion of last year, which it logically blames on the fact that it had no major releases during that time period.

That's a haul of 29.252 billion yen (about $375 million US, except yen is unique because you can do stuff with it) in September, though the company raked in over 40 billion in that same month of 2010. I can't think of any that may have changed that. Capcom notes also that while these numbers are below those of last year at this time, they were better than its projections.

The company will undoubtedly have a huge December, and give a little help to Nintendo as it does so, as it releases Monster Hunter Tri-G for the 3DS. That series, um, tends to do OK I guess.
