No Bulletstorm Sequel

Epic Games announced at PAX East this past weekend that they would love to do a Bulletstorm sequel, but it's not in the cards.

Epic actually had the Polish developer, People Can Fly, start work on a sequel, but then Epic found what they called a project that's "a better fit for People Can Fly."

"I think there's more to do with Bulletstorm," Mike Capps, Epic Games president, said to GameSpot. "Heck, it kind of ended wanting more. I'd love to see another project, but right now we don't have anything to talk about."

Capps also admitted that Bulletstorm did not live up to EA's expectations in sales. They believe that the piracy problem they had with the PC version was a major contributing factor.

As for this new project for People Can Fly, Capps said that they haven't announced it yet, but they will "pretty soon."
