Team Fortress 2 Begins Halloween Early With Merasmus Patch

Team Fortress 2 might be aging, but you're never too old to celebrate Halloween.

The patch for Team Fortress 2's fourth annual Halloween event is now live, and it's full of haunting content. First, two favorite game modes have been adjusted to fit the upcoming holiday. Mann vs. Machine maps are now full of zombies while Point Capture maps afflict random ailments to those who stand in objective areas.

As usual, there will also be a ton of fun goodies to play with including paint colors, flaming footsteps, and ghosts. You can also collect the two new achievements so your friends know that you have some Halloween spirit.

The event will last through Halloween and into November 8th, so you have a couple weeks to enjoy these fun changes.
