Check Out The Story-Heavy Trailer For God of War: Ascension

Is it just me or is there an underwhelmingly pitiful amount of hype for God of War: Ascension? Could it be because the PlayStation 4 was recently announced? Perhaps everyone is saving their cash for The Last of Us? Whatever the reason may be, Sony wants you to be excited about this bloody cinematic PS3-exclusive, so they've released a totally killer launch trailer.

It is clear that Sony Santa Monica is really trying to portray the slightly more human side of Kratos. Whether or not the studio has succeeded remains to be seen, but you can bet that we'll give you the full rundown when this gruesome title launches on March 12th.
