Ryse, New Forza Allegedly Set To Launch Alongside Next Xbox

Kinect fans rejoice, as Crytek's motion-based Ryse is allegedly set to launch alongside the next Xbox later this year.

According to The Verge, multiple sources have indicated that Microsoft Studios has been working with Crytek to bring this Kinect-exclusive to their next-gen gaming box after delays in its progress on the Xbox 360. I'm sure the improved motion tracking packed into the supposed Kinect 2.0 will make it a far more compelling proposition as well. The company is allegedly positioning Ryse as the "new Gears of War / Halo mega launch title." Yeah… We'll see about that.

In addition, the outlet also notes that a new Forza title is apparently (and unsurprisingly) in the works along with a zombie title and Pixar-style family game. According to their sources, Microsoft's new racer will sport "super life-like" graphics and will also be available when the Xbox 720 (hopefully) hits store shelves later this year.

For all your next-gen gaming needs, keep it locked to GameRevolution.
