Retro’s Unannounced Project To Be Revealed “In The Not So Distant Future”

The guys over at Retro Studios have been hard at work on a new game ever since Donkey Kong Country Returns launched back in 2010. What could it be you might ask? According to Nintendo’s Hiro Yamada, we'll hopefully know very soon.

When asked by Official Nintendo Magazine whether or not their new game will "involve a certain bounty hunter,” Yamada replied, “I wonder what kind of game it is? I hope to introduce it to you in the not so distant future.”

What would you like to see from Retro? They did a killer job revitalizing the Metroid franchise with Metroid Prime, so would a new entry in that series be a logical move? Would you like to see the studio try their hand at a Zelda game? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
