Minecraft Coming to Xperia PLAY First, Android and iOS to Follow

Indie-hit Minecraft has taken the world by storm, block by block. After much success on the PC, Minecraft is moving onto mobile platforms, specifically Android and iOS. But before it reaches all Android devices, it'll take a pit stop on the Android-powered, PlayStation Certified Xperia PLAY.

Developer Majong stopped short of outlining any exclusivity period, but did say that the Xperia PLAY version will feature controls customized to take full advantage of the PlayStation-styled button layout.

The Xperia PLAY officially releases tomorrow at Verizon stores. Will you be picking one up?
