Ubisoft On Far Cry 4: “We’re Clearly Going To Make Another One”

Fans of Far Cry 3 have no reason to fear that Ubisoft is taking a break from its island-bound first-person shooter franchise, as the company's senior VP of marketing and sales, Tony Key, has made it clear that Far Cry 4 is an inevitability at this point.

"It's a great brand, and now it's got the recognition it deserves, so we're clearly going to make another one: more on that soon," Key told GameSpot

Just yesterday, a separate interview with Key indicated that Ubisoft is only interested in creating franchises out of its properties, so the fact that we're going to see more Far Cry in the near future shouldn't come as all that much of a shock.
