No Branching Missions In Call of Duty: Ghosts

Call of Duty: Ghosts won't have branching missions like its Treyarch-developed predecessor Black Ops II

Infinity Ward’s Mark Rubin broke the news to OPM, explaining that while the game won't have multiple paths, it will feature a few extras to keep the experience unique.

But there is basically this way that, when you are in a mission, you might find something, if you grab it, then something opens up later in a different mission, or something happens later in that mission, that wouldn’t have happened if you didn’t do them.
