Call of Duty: Ghosts Confirmed For Wii U

Even though the Call of Duty franchise has always been present on every platform for each release, I have to admit, I did not expect another Wii U Call of Duty so soon after the poor sales of Call of Duty: Black Ops II on the Wii U.

But here we are, and Call of Duty: Ghosts has been confirmed for the Wii U, and will release on November 5th.

Despite having an excellent off-TV GamePad mode, and us even calling it the best version of the game, Black Ops II had abysmal sales due in part to struggling Wii U hardware sales. Many publishers have backed off from Wii U development, so it's good to see Activision is still supporting Nintendo's latest home console—because if no one makes any games for it, it's never going to pick up steam.

Those of you with a Wii U—will you be buying Call of Duty: Ghost on the Wii U, or on another console (or not at all)?
