Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer Supports Female Soldiers

During today's Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer reveal event, Activision announced that gamers will be able to customize their soldier in a multitude of ways, including gender.

That's right, Call of Duty gamers will now be able to fight online as a female soldier. This is a first for the franchise, and I think it's safe to say it has been a long time coming.
