New Next-Gen Survey Shows Little Love For The Wii U

Intergi Entertainment surveyed over 5,000 gamers in regards to their next-gen console purchase plans. The results heavily leaned toward the PlayStation 4 as the next-gen console to buy, and the Wii U had the least amount of love of all. Only 1 percent of everyone surveyed said they planned on picking up a Wii U.

In addition, the survey said 62% found the PlayStation 4 the most aesthetically pleasing, 51% found the PlayStation 4 controller to be the most innovative, and 50% said the PlayStation 4 had the better game line-up (the Xbox One was a very close second at 48%).

The most sought after PS4 exclusive is Killzone Shadow Fall and the most sought after Xbox One exclusive is Dead Rising 3. That last statistic surprised me the most.
