Sega Has “No Plans” To Mess With Atlus Development, Would “Love To Have Them Utilize Any Of Sega’s Dormant IPs”

Following Sega's acquisition of Index Corporation, many gamers have grown concerned over how this might affect Index's prized development studio Atlus. Sega has since come forward to assuage gamers' fears by making it perfectly clear the company has no intention of meddling in what Index Corp. has going on.

Sega Sammy COO Naoya Tsurumi told Famitsu magazine that they have "no plans to undertake any of their work." In fact, Index will be "working as an independent company." Tsurumi went on to express interest in Atlus potentially reviving one of Sega's older franchises. We'd "love to have them utilize any of Sega's dormant IPs," he added.

Are there any Sega IPs you like to see Atlus tackle? If so, let us know which ones in the comments below.
