Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Sells One Million… to Retailers

Konami has shipped one million copies of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes to retailers, the publisher announced today.

This figure doesn't equate to actual sales of the game, and it's worth noting that digital purchases are not accounted for in this number either. So what does this really tell us? Not a whole lot, but I have a strong feeling that the $30 price tag for a boxed copy hasn't helped the game's situation, especially given the its controversial brevity.

Have you purchased a copy of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes? If so, did you get the retail version or did you go the digital route?
