Hitman Sniper Aims for Mobile This Year

Hitman GO released in April and brought strategic assassinating to mobile platforms changing the brand enough to fit on iOS and Android devices, but the developers at Square Enix Montréal have brought Agent 47 back out for a new mission in Hitman: Sniper.

The franchise will revisit mobile platforms, albeit with a focus on long-range assassinations with hands-on available for the first time at next week's Electronic Entertainment Expo. E3 2014 attendees can manipulate environments, guards, and discover their targets to complete a mission.

Hitman: Sniper will be available for free to encourage greater competition on the game's leaderboards. The developers and publisher Square Enix will have more information next week, including when fans can expect to get their hands on the next Hitman experience.
