Escape Dead Island Announced, Coming to Last-Gen Consoles, PC This Year

Escape Dead Island, a last-gen entry in Deep Silver's zombie-centric action series, has just been announced for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

While it doesn't take advantage of all the technical bells and whistles of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the game features a cartoony art style that looks great. In fact, you can see it for yourself in the announcement trailer below.

Escape Dead Island will serve as the perfect primer for those eager to get their hands on Dead Island 2 in 2015. In fact, pre-ordering the game will grant you access to the Dead Island 2 beta. Zombie lovers, you'd best get on that!
