Valkyria Chronicles Sales Exceed Expectations on Steam

Valkyria Chronicles, originally released on PlayStation 3 and reviewed on GameRevolution, has reportedly far exceeded the publisher's expectations in its Steam release for the PC platform.

Currently sitting in third-place on the digital distribution service's sales charts behind Football Manager 2015 and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Sega Senior VP of Commercial Publishing, John Clark said "We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the fans for their support in the phenomenal success of this launch."

The publisher boasted that within the first 24 hours of availability, Valkyria Chronicles excelled beyond sales expectations and Clark additionally offered that "response from the Steam community which indicates that newcomers to the series are finding it as enchanting and engaging as those who have played it before."
