Devil May Cry 4 and DmC Defintive Editions Unleashed

Capcom has announced that DmC Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 4 will both be receiving Definitive Editions, a la Tomb Raider, next year.

DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 has been slated for March 17, 2015 for retail in Europe and North America at a price of $39.99/€39.99. This version will include all previously released DLC including Vergil's Downfall and the new ability to play as Virgil in Vergil's Bloody Palace Mode.

On top of new costumes based on old-school Devil May Cry designs, this recompilation will come with Gods Must Die difficulty (as if the game needs to be harder), a Must Style Mode, and a Hardcore Mode that makes the game "play more like the classic Devil May Cry series." It also promises to run at 60 fps and at 1080p, though I wish there was also a PC version in the works. Finally, this Definitive edition will add a Turbo Mode and other modifiers for interesting twists on gameplay.

Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition doesn't have any price yet, but will arrive in Summer 2015 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
