Fortnite Carbide Full Armor: How to Get Fully Upgraded Carbide Skin

The Fortnite Carbide full armor set is one of the most sought-after skins, as it makes the user look incredibly awesome, which is key to winning those battle royale matches! (No, not really, but it certainly doesn’t hurt!) Unfortunately, it can be a little tricky to work out how exactly the base level Carbide armor is unlocked, and then how to fully upgrade the skin. Here’s everything you need to know about the Fortnite Carbide fully upgraded skin.

Fortnite Carbide Fully Upgraded Skin: What Is Carbide?

The first step on the journey to unlocking the Fortnite Carbide fully upgraded skin is the base layer of the armor. Happily, this is unlocked right at Battle Pass tier 1. That’s right, you won’t actually have to do any work to unlock the basic, yet still awesome-looking, Carbide skin! (This is much easier than the tier 100 Omega skin.)

Due to how easily the Carbide base skin is unlocked, you can expect a huge number of players to be running around wearing this little, skin-tight blue number.

Fortnite Carbide Fully Upgraded Skin: How to Fully Upgrade Carbide

Fortnite Carbide Full Armor

While the base level skin might be being worn by all Battle Pass owners, only the most dedicated players will be able to rock the Fortnite Carbide fully upgraded skin. To collect all five pieces of Carbide armor, which join together to create the Carbide full armor set, players will need to reach certain season levels. Pieces of armor will be awarded at these following levels: 10, 20, 30, 40 and 65. As you unlock each piece of armor, it will be equipped to the base level skin. Reach level 65 and you’ll be wearing the Fortnite Carbide fully upgraded skin!

If this challenge doesn’t sound difficult enough for you, then be sure to check out our Fortnite Omega skin guide, which requires even more of a grind to fully upgrade.
