destiny 2 weekly reset

Destiny 2 weekly reset time today (February 26) | What’s changed?

Season of the Drifter is just seven days away, so the Destiny 2 weekly reset time today is going to be more of a subdued affair. That doesn’t mean there isn’t much to get excited about, however, as the traditional list of activities and fresh bounties (which you’ll find below) offer dozens of hours of gameplay that’ll last you until, well, next Tuesday. So, let’s run through what’s changed in the Destiny 2 weekly reset on February 26, when the reset actually starts, and everything else you might need to know to make sure the refresh is a smooth one.

When is the Destiny 2 weekly reset today? (February 26)

The sun’s out (especially if you’re in the UK, mercy me), and you might be forgiven for thinking we’re nearing Daylight Savings Time, which would mean a new Destiny 2 weekly reset time, but that’s still a few weeks away yet. Instead, on February 26, it’s going to be reset at 12 PM Eastern. That’s 9 AM Pacific and 5 PM GMT.

You’ll know when everything has been reset by an orange badge appearing in the top-left hand corner of your screen during the time above; it’ll be accompanied by a “New Adventures Available” message. There’s no need to back out or do anything extra. That’s it. You’re done.

What’s changed in the Destiny 2 weekly reset? (February 26)

So much, so very much. Enough, in fact, for Bungie to have to write it all down and put it on a big list in its Ritual Reset page. Here it is in its entirety, so you know what new content you’re getting this week:

  • Call to Arms Crucible Challenge
  • Destination Flashpoints
  • Raid Challenge Encounters
  • Raid Checkpoints
  • Dreaming City Powerful Rewards
  • Spider’s Powerful Bounty
  • Gambit Powerful Bounty
  • Gambit Weekly Challenge
  • Nightfall Strike
  • Weekly Clan Engrams
  • Weekly Clan XP Caps
  • Eververse Bright Dust and Prismatic Matrix Selections

Also, we have to say goodbye to Xur. I know, I know. He was on Io this week but, after the reset, you won’t be able to find him anywhere until he returns on Friday. I hope you’ve been saving up those Legendary Shards!
