The Destiny 2 Invitation of the Nine Week 3 bounty, High Priestess isn’t playing around this week. Not only will you need to find Cabal Samples, Fallen Samples, and even collect some Vex Samples, you’ll also need to complete the The Inverted Spire Strike for good measure. The best (and, let’s face it most fun) way of getting Cabal Samples this week is to simply complete the Inverted Spire Strike, as there are tonnes of the race, as well as Vex. In fact, they’re squaring off against each other in the opening minutes of this mission, and you can pick them off with ease.
Elsewhere, Public Events on Nessus, as well as The Cistern are packed with Cabal. Around 10-15 minutes of grinding should net you the nine Cabal Samples required.

Same deal as above. Hit the Inverted Spire Strike one or two times and you’ll have more than enough Vex Samples to take with you. Artifact’s Edge is also a neat spot if you want to farm some Vex on Nessus.

Head to Exodus Black for a big dose of the Fallen, though most areas are swarming with the guys.

Having trouble finding the Inverted Spire Strike? Just head to the Director then on to Destinations. Click Nessus and make your way over to the most western point of the Nessus map. You’ll find the Strike icon there. Click it and you’ll be whisked away with a group of two other Guardians.

Completing the tasks doesn’t mean you’re done just yet. Go to the Gambit playlist at the very bottom of the Director, click through, then find the green dot on your screen marked “Mystery and Potential.” Fire that up to get another generous helping of Nine lore, as well as one piece of random Legendary gear.
