In the Pokemon battle smartphone game, you can purchase Gems, because it wouldn’t be a Nintendo smartphone game without them. Now that Pokemon Masters is finally out for everyone to play on both iOS and Android devices, people are learning of different errors. We’ve already written a guide on the 20101 error and now we’re back to report on the Pokemon Masters can’t buy Gems error that has been winding people up.

If you’re here, you’ll be wanting to know if there is a fix or not for the pesky error which has been making it difficult for people to buy things such as Gems from the in-game shop. Unfortunately, there isn’t a fix for the bug as far as we’re aware. If you are having difficulties buying Gems from the Pokemon Masters shop, you’re going to have to wait for the developers to fix the error.

Thankfully, however, the developers are aware of the error. You’ll see that the error appears within the game’s “Current Known Issues” screen. The developers are “currently investigating the issue.” Patience is asked for the developers to fix it and allow you to buy Gems again without any fuss.

In terms of the Gems that you may be having difficulties in buying as well, there is a limit to how many you can own at once. You cannot own any more than 80,000 Gems at once, in something of a restriction. Hopefully, the developers can fix the Pokemon Masters can’t buy Gems error sooner rather than later.
