How to unlock Cloud 9 and eSports skins in Halo Infinite

Halo Infinite Cloud 9

To unlock the Cloud 9 skin and other esports cosmetics, players need to:

  1. Go to the Halo Infinite main menu.
  2. Select “Store.”
  3. Head to the esports section.
  4. Make a purchase for 1,000 credits.

Unlocking the Cloud 9 skin in Halo Infinite is simple process. However, it will cost you real-life money to unlock. The same can be said for the other eight eSports team skins. They all cost 1,000 credits, which is the equivalent to $10.

In Halo Infinite, credits are the new premium in-game currency. As such, you can only get credits by spending real money. they cannot be unlocked through gameplay or level progression, meaning you’ll have to fork out cash to use them. The 1,000 credit bundle will set you back $9.99, which will instantly let you purchase the Cloud 9 skin. If you want more than one, you’ll have to fork out even more.

Of course, there are other skins available if you want to root for a different eSports team. In fact, these other teams have exclusive Halo Infinite skins, too:

  • eUnited
  • FaZe Clan
  • Fnatic
  • G2 eSports
  • Navi
  • Sentinels
  • Spacestation Gaming
  • Team Envy

Equally, all of their skins cost 1,000 credits, too. To unlock those, the process is identical: load up some credits using money, and hit the store. This premium skin model is very common in contemporary FPS hits like Call of Duty: Warzone, so its inclusion in Halo Infinite isn’t a surprise. However, if you want to rep your eSports team of choice, it’s going to cost you.
