overwatch 2 shop not showing up appearing

Why is the Overwatch 2 Shop Missing and Not Showing Up?

The Overwatch 2 shop should be the location where players can buy new customizable items such as skins, however, for many, the shop isn’t showing up or appearing in-game. So where is the OW2 shop, and is there a way to retrieve it if it’s missing?

Overwatch 2 shop not showing up and missing, explained

The Overwatch 2 shop not showing up is a known bug, with Blizzard still ironing out a bunch of issues around its launch. The bug appears for players attempting an account merge, with it not appearing until the merge has been successful. However, many players are currently finding that the game won’t merge their accounts, with them being stuck ‘in queue’ despite multiple restart attempts.

If you’re attempting an account merge, then the likelihood is that this is the reason why your shop isn’t appearing. When Blizzard has ironed out the kinks related to these account merges, the shop should reappear.

The absence of the shop means that players aren’t able to upgrade to the premium Battle Pass, and they also don’t have access to the in-game items that are included there. The missing shop issue is present on all versions of the game across PC, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
