Diablo 4 Wrathful Malignant Invoker How to Craft Get Season 1 Chapter 3

Diablo 4 Wrathful Malignant Invoker: How to Complete Season 1 Chapter 3 Objective

The Diablo 4 Wrathful Malignant Invoker is an item that players will want to craft in Season 1. There’s an objective in Chapter 3 that asks players to find and create a Wrathful Malignant Invoker. While it’s not necessary to complete this objective to move onto the next chapter, gaining the favor for finishing the task will help in earning progress of the Battle Pass meter. You’ll also want to get a Wrathful Malignant Invoker anyway if you happen to come across a Wrathful Overgrowth while exploring the new Malignant Tunnels spread throughout Sanctuary. Here’s how to get the Wrathful Malignant Invoker in Diablo 4 Season 1.

How to craft and find Diablo 4 Wrathful Malignant Invoker

The Diablo 4 Wrathful Malignant Invoker can be found at Cormond’s Workbench wagon, the Season 1 shop, by going through the following steps:

  1. Find all ingredients for “Uncertain Invoker” – You first need to get 1000 Gold and 40 Devious, 40 Brutal, and 40 Vicious Malignant Ichor. You can find the ichor by salvaging Malignant Hearts you don’t need, finding it as a random drop from defeating Corrupted Enemies, or opening various chests from completing events.
  2. Craft “Uncertain Invoker” – At Cormond’s Workbench, you can head to the Crafted Cache menu and then select “Uncertain Invoker” as an option. The crafted materials you gathered can then be transformed into a cache in your inventory.
  3. Use the cache from the inventory – Selecting the cache from the inventory will then drop a random Malignant Invoker.

Unfortunately, the cache will not guarantee a Wrathful Malignant Invoker, which is the rarest type. You’ll usually get a Vicious, Brutal, or Devious Malignant Invoker instead, so it’s likely that you’ll need to repeat the steps above multiple times to get Wrathful variant.

Beyond completing the Chapter 3 objective for getting a Wrathful Malignant Invoker, having a few in your inventory is a good idea anyway if you plan on exploring the Malignant Tunnels. You may want to save them for World Tier 3 and 4, though, since the Wrathful Malignant Hearts are some of the best ones in Season 1.
