Armored Core 6 Master of Arena Not Unlocking

Armored Core 6 Master of Arena Trophy or Achievement Not Unlocking: Is it Bugged?

You might be confused when you beat all the opponents in the Arena in Armored Core 6, and the Master of Arena trophy or achievement doesn’t unlock. However, the Master of Arena trophy/achievement isn’t bugged. You just can’t clear all the Arena programs in your first playthrough.

Why isn’t the Master of Arena Trophy/Achievement unlocking in Armored Core 6?

For beating the first 29 Arena fights in Armored Core 6, you get the Testing Complete trophy/achievement. However, you probably expect that Master of Arena will unlock as well since you get it for “clearing all Arena programs.” However, there are 12 more opponents that don’t unlock until your second and third playthroughs.

AC6 Unlock Master of Arena Trophy/Achievement FAQ

Q: Why didn’t I receive the Master of Arena trophy/achievement after completing all the Arena fights in my first playthrough of Armored Core 6?

A: Even though you’ve completed the initial Arena fights, the Master of Arena trophy/achievement requires clearing all Arena programs. Some opponents only become available in your second and third playthroughs. Your first playthrough will only grant you the Testing Complete trophy/achievement after the initial 29 Arena battles.

Q: When do the additional Arena opponents become available in Armored Core 6?

A: In New Game+, nine more opponents become accessible after specific missions, such as Integration Subject 51-001 K after Mission 11: Attack the Watchpoint. In New Game++, three more classified subjects unlock post missions like Classified Subject 51-101 R after Mission 14: Ocean Crossing.

Q: How can I ensure I unlock the Master of Arena trophy/achievement in Armored Core 6?

A: To secure the Master of Arena accolade, you need to progress through both New Game+ and New Game++ modes and defeat the additional Arena combatants that become available. Once you conquer both the second and third rounds of these adversaries, the trophy/achievement will unlock.
