Sunset Overdrive DLC Announced

Insomniac Games released an episode of Sunset TV today to reveal new DLC for Sunset Overdrive, titled Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines.

The upcoming add-on tasks players with rescuing Sam's old mentors from the Fizzco Robotics Factory. Along the way folks will discover new weapons, quests, challenges, and various other goodies.

Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines also introduces the Energy Ball, a destructive orb of death that lets players roll around and wreak havoc on Fizzco. It seems to fit in well with the DLC's cyber-tech aesthetic.

Insomniac plans to release Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines on April 1st and promises more information in the coming weeks.
