Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection Given Release Date

If Anthony wasn't taking a much needed break from the GR Staff stresses of games journalism, he'd definitely be writing about this, exclaiming that it marks a landmark moment for nostalgic fighting fans, and how you will have to take a day off work to play this collection.

Warner Brothers have announced that the Mortal Kombat Kollection will come out on PS3, 360 and PC on August 31st. The Kollection includes Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II, and Ultimate Mortal Kombat III, all with newly added leader boards, online play, and trophies/achievements. It will cost $9.99 on PlayStation Network and PC and 800 Microsoft Points on XBL.

Anthony is supposed to be back by then, but don't be surprised if you don't see him unless you check the MK leader boards.
