Minecon 2015 took place this past weekend, an annual event that celebrates all things Minecraft. A few notable announcements were made this year, including new details on Telltale's Minecraft: Story Mode.
According to the Telltale blog, the upcoming game follows the developer's formula closely with a season-long adventure. Players take control of Jesse as he tries to find the legendary Order of the Stone after their disappearance.
Actor/comedian Patton Oswalt does the voice work for the protagonist, and the rest of the game features an impressive cast. Other voice actors include Brian Posehn, Ashley Johnson, Scott Porter, Martha Plimpton, Dave Fennoy, Corey Feldman, Billy West, and Paul Reubens.
Minecraft: Story Mode will be available later this year for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, iOS, and Android.
