GTA V On Its Way To Be Metacritic’s Highest Rated Game Of All Time

Rockstar Games is no stranger to quality, as Grand Theft Auto V could very well be on its way to outpace GTA IV as the highest rated game of all time, according to Metacritic.

Currently, the Xbox 360 version of Rockstar's latest is sitting pretty with a score of 98, while the PlayStation 3 version drags one point behind at 97. Both versions of Grand Theft Auto IV managed to garner a 98, making it overall the highest rated title on the site.

Of course, reviews are still pouring in, as a number of outlets still have yet to reveal their scores for the game. In fact, we here at GameRevolution are still deliberating on GTA V's score, as Daniel Bischoff continues to plug away on the review.

Do you think it will end up outpacing GTA IV as Metacritic's highest rated game of all time? Be sure to let us know what you think of the game thus far in the comments below.
