Check Out The Official Intro To Metal Gear Solid V… In English!

Konami has just released the official English intro video to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain's prologue, Ground Zeroes. Check it out above.

As I'm sure you already know, David Hayter is no longer the voice of Snake. Instead, television star Kiefer Sutherland (you may know him as 24's Jack Bauer) is voicing the legendary stealth-action hero. I'll admit, hearing his voice is a bit jarring right now. Hopefully it ends up being something that we all can get used to rather quickly. That said, I couldn't help but expect to see Jack Bauer's face when Snake pulled off his night vision goggles.

If you haven't already done so, be sure to check out the gameplay demonstrations of MGSV that were held at Tokyo Game Show. You can see the nighttime mission above, and mission during the day below. Boy that lighting tech is impressive.

Are you excited for Metal Gear Solid V, or have all the drastic changes got you feeling a bit apprehensive? Let us know in the comments below.
