Late last year, actress Lindsay Lohan sued Rockstar Games for allegedly using her likeness in the hit game Grand Theft Auto V. The character in question is Lacy Jonas, who, many would argue, only is similar to Lohan in that the two both have blonde hair.
The developer has since responded to the allegations, saying that Lohan "filed for publicity purposes" and the case should be thrown out. Also, Rockstar would like Lohan to pay the company's legal fees.
Grand Theft Auto V launched to much success on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 last year. An enhanced port for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is coming this fall and will undoubtedly sell boatloads of copies, something I'm sure Take-Two is very excited about.
