Telltale’s Game of Thrones Launching This Year

Telltale Games, the studio behind adventure titles like The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, has announced that it will be debuting its next major series before year's end.

That series, of course, is the highly anticipated Game of Thrones, which will be tied to the hit television show without merely retelling the epic plot points that fans of the franchise are already familiar with.

There's no specific release date set for the launch of the first episode, but Telltale's Laura Perusco did confirm on Twitter that we'll be able to play the premiere episode in 2014.

Are you eagerly anticipating the launch of Game of Thrones from Telltale, or are you getting sick of the tried-and-true adventure formula at this point?
