Fortnite Hidden Gnome Locations: Here’s Where the Laughing Leads

Though it isn’t marked as a “Hard” Week 7 challenge, hunting down the Fortnite hidden gnome locations can be a very tricky business indeed. While the challenge hints at the gnomes being in “named locations,” the sheer number of alliteration-heavy place names make this challenge pretty daunting. Fortunately, we’ve got a helpful map and some tips to help you pin down the pesky gnomes and secure your prize.

Fortnite Hidden Gnome Locations: Where to Find the Hidden Gnomes

There are seven Fortnite hidden gnomes to find, and they are all concealed within a separate named location. If you want to do this without cheating, at least know that you can hear the hidden gnomes laughing when you get close to them. Similar to how chests can be heard and tracked with positional audio, the hidden gnomes emit a cheerful giggle, giving away their position. Use this to close in on them.

If you want to go down the easy route for a quick “Challenge Complete,” give our map below a gander. The smaller circles are the exact points where the gnomes are hidden, so click the image for a zoomed-in view. Head to that specific point, listen and follow the laughter, and you’ll have this objective completed in no time.

Though there’s a few weeks left, time sure can fly when you’re having fun in Fortnite. Hunt down these little dudes and get those additional Battle Stars secured. The reward might tip you over to a new rank, with new loot!
