As ever, the build-up to EA Tiburon’s annual football game is dominated by one discussion and one discussion only: what are the Madden 19 QB ratings? The decisions this year already haven’t gone down too well, with debate even reaching sports show Undisputed on FOX. There’s lots to talk about: a 99-rated QB, some strangely low ratings, and more. Read on to see if you agree with them.
Madden 19 QB Ratings: 99-Rated QB
Only one QB in charge of the rock holds the honor of being rated perfect (or as close as you can get) in Madden 19 this year: Green Bay Packers’ stalwart Aaron Rodgers. He, along with Antonio Brown and Aaron Donald, are the only three players in the game to get a 99 rating this year. By comparison, Rodgers’ rating in Madden 18 was 97; Tom Brady led the way on 98.

Thankfully (depending on whether you’re happy or not with the ratings), these aren’t locked-in. There’s plenty of time for those ratings to change before the game’s August 10 release.

Now, I’m not even a Texans fan and I am baffled as to how McCown is level with Watson, who lit up the league before his ill-fated injury last year. I’d love to know what everyone else makes of it down below!
