Where do I go in Amnesia: Rebirth?

Where should I go in Amnesia: Rebirth? It can be easy to get lost when scared and stranded in the dark. Considering that’s almost a constant state in Frictional Games’ Amnesia: The Dark Descent follow-up, players might need help with navigation. Here’s how to use the Amulet in Amnesia: Rebirth to find objectives on PC and PS4.

Where do I go in Amnesia: Rebirth?

Anyone familiar with the Amnesia series should already know about it’s dark and spooky settings. Not only that, but the games also feature puzzles that can require backtracking and efficient exploration to solve. While keeping a good stock of matches will help players to find their way in the dark, there’s a new tool that makes navigation in Amnesia: Rebirth painless.

To find out where to go in Amnesia: Rebirth, players should use the Amulet by pressing the C key on PC or R3 on PS4. The Amnesia: Rebirth Amulet works like a compass, pointing users in the direction of their next objective.

Since players can’t carry torches and matches are quick to burn out, the Amulet is a real gift when it comes to figuring out what to do and where to go next in Amnesia: Rebirth. That said, try not to get too enthralled in staring at the Amulet in the bottom right corner of the screen. It’s possible to miss environmental clues and/or monsters lurking in the distance while fixated on it.

Horror fans have been waiting for just over a decade to see a true successor (if not a direct sequel) to Frictional Games’ Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Rebirth has garnered critical praise so far, though isn’t without its issues. Some players are finding that they’re unable to sprint, but, thankfully, there’s a simple solution. There have also been problems with blurred graphics, although, again, fixing that glitch is easy.
